my trip. They provide us with all the information about Kashmir before we deal with them. The package price was reasonable with the extraordinary service that they gave to us. We decided to stay 6 days and 5 nights and they arranged everything from pick up at the airport, accommodation, food, transportation, and many other things. They were available at any time we had questions or some problem. On our first day at Srinagar, the heater at the hotel not working properly. We were concerned about the travel agency the next day the hotel staff provided us warmer blanket which made us very comfortable. The staff hotel is very friendly and helpful. They provided us with dinner in the room. Our driver Muzamil was the best thing we had on our trip. He was a very nice person and provided us with all the information that we needed. He makes sure everything going well and does not allow a single mistake to happen. He told us what we needed to do and did not need to do while traveling to the place. He will make sure you enjoy your vacation without any regret. I'll come back to Kashmir and guarantee 100 percent that you definitely enjoyed your vacation with Greystar Tour and Travel without any regret. The driver Mr Irfan was also a great, Highly reliable and suggested lovely places to visit that I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. I visited many places in sgr , I also travelled to Gulmarg where I tried skiing and went on a snow mobile and in Pahalgam I visited mini Switzerland on a horse, the beauty was truly breathtaking and inspiring in all these places. We were a big group but we all felt extremely safe while he was driving in such a difficult paths. He is experienced, well mannered and customer is his 1st priority, best part was he knew where to stop which type of music to play and when....what else you can ask for. Whenever we were tired or low he would play some music which will cheer us all and his happy smiling face will always give you extra comfort no matter where you are.
